Chicken Fry Gulab Jamun Mango Lassi Chicken Cutlet

Recipe 1: Chicken Fry

Chicken Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Marinate chicken with spices.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.

Recipe 2: Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Sugar syrup
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Mix ingredients into dough.
  2. Shape into small balls.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Soak in sugar syrup.

Recipe 3: Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes

Steps:

  1. Peel and chop mangoes.
  2. Blend mangoes with yogurt, sugar, and ice.
  3. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

Recipe 4: Chicken Cutlet

Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Indian masalas
  • Maida flour
  • Oil
  • Eggs
  • Panko or regular breadcrumbs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh or dried Italian herbs
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs
  2. Dredge each chicken piece in flour (shake off excess), dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly for crispiness.
  3. Let breaded chicken rest on a wire rack or tray for 10 minutes before frying so the coating sticks better
  4. Fry chicken in hot oil (about 1/4-1/2 inch deep) over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, or air fry for a healthier option.
