Chicken Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil and fry coated chicken until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients into dough, shape balls.
  2. Make sugar syrup with cardamom.
  3. Fry balls until golden and soak in syrup.
Gulab Jamun

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend again if desired.
  3. Serve chilled.
Mango Lassi

Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 500g minced chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into cutlets.
  2. Dip in egg, coat with crumbs, and fry.
  3. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
