Chicken Fry
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil and fry coated chicken until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients into dough, shape balls.
- Make sugar syrup with cardamom.
- Fry balls until golden and soak in syrup.

Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if desired.
- Serve chilled.

Chicken Cutlet
Ingredients:
- 500g minced chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients and shape into cutlets.
- Dip in egg, coat with crumbs, and fry.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
